The Strategic Business Development Program provides MetLife Sales Leaders with the tools and resources to build leadership capabilities that will accelerate growth within the region. The SBDP seeks to accelerate business development and enable new strategic partnerships. By engaging in this cohort based programs, participants will apply their learning to current project work which will enable them to share best practices and experiences enabling omnichannel development and building talent bench strength across the regions.
