MetLife University's Employee Benefits Solutions

MetLife University is an annual training event for our brokers and consultants that began in 2014. We offer exclusive access to our comprehensive benefits training curriculum for our valued MetLife brokers. This educational training helps our brokers differentiate their services in an evolving and challenging employee benefits marketplace. Holders of the MetLife University badge have completed a 2-day training program led by product and sales experts in Group Benefits Insurance. This program consisted of dental, vision, voluntary benefits, supplemental health, employee benefit trends study, and absence management foundational level training. Through this program they have gained the knowledge and skills to excel in their role and help their clients.
